Q2: Setup Mini doorbells, during step 4 “AP connection”, why cann’t find the hotpot network named “SmartDoorbell”?
Answer:
1. Back to the setup step 3, press the “RESET” button for 3 seconds.
2. Restart the Wi-Fi Connection.
Sometimes your phone fails to pick up the temporary "smart doorbell" network. If this happens, go to your phone settings, turn off your Wi-Fi connection, wait 30 seconds and turn it back on.
Note:
1. Make sure the mobile phone and doorbell are in the same WIFI, otherwise, cann’t connect.
2. Press time on RESET button must need 3 seconds.
3. When the indicator light become fast flashing, must take off the finger from the RESET button.
4. Then the doorbell indicator will flash slowly,normally this will last 5 seconds.
5. After a ring of “Ding Dong”, the indicator light will close, you can start the step 4.
